PACK A PUNCH

2. Gently simmer the mix over low heat for about 30 minutes.
3. When the apples are soft, remove the cinnamon stick and set aside to go into the finished punch. Blitz the apples, cranberries, and ginger together in a blender.
4. Strain the “smoothie” into a jug using a fine sieve or piece of cheesecloth, pressing as much liquid from the pulp as possible, then add the brandy.
5. Decorate with apple slices or fresh cranberries, the reserved cinnamon stick and then mixi n the champagne.
Serve over ice.
WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR & NEW YOU

The start of a new year is enough to get everyone excited for change and new things to come. Most resort to writing new years resolutions and if not all the time - most of the time it can be hard to keep these new resolutions going through the whole 365 days. We have the best three ways to kick start those new years resolutions without going cold turkey so that you can keep them long term which in turn will lead to a better you!
START WITH SMALLER STEPS
The most common thing we hear is "I am going to start going to the gym 4 times per week." If you haven't started going until now - this is probably not the smartest goal. Take it steady and slow. Maybe start with one to twos time and just let things naturally progress. Only fools rush in!
PLOT TARGET TIMES
Instead of making it for the whole of 2015 - why not put target times on your calendar for your new goals? If you are wanting to save more money - say 20 percent instead of 10 percent of your income - start saving 20 percent for 1 month first. And then once you hit that mark - make it 3 months. Before you know it, the year will be over!
MAKE THE LIST CONCISE
Don't over do it with too many changes at once. The mind only has so much energy and patience for self control. Pick 1 thing. If you are a pro - then 2 -3 but anymore will just dilute your chances of acheiving any change for the better.
Welcome to 2015 and good luck to all your adventures this year for the team at Tinyspace!
